   Ny søknadsperiode for velferdshyttene våren 2022

   Du kan nå legge inn søknad om ønsket periode på velferdshyttene for
   våren 2022, i perioden 07.april - 23.juni 2022.

   Påskeferien for studenter finnes i en egen søknad
   (torsdag-tirsdag/tirsdag-søndag). For ansatte er påskeferien inkludert
   i vanlig søknad. Vinnerne av påskeferieperioden i 2019-2021 oppfordres
   til ikke å søke om påsken 2022. Det er 3 års karantene for påskeferien,
   og aktuelle søkere blir evt. fjernet manuelt.

   Det blir utført trekning for Ottesheimen/påsken for studenter 28.02.22,
   og en fellestrekning for resterende perioder 03.03.22.


   Ved søknad om hytte må man prioritere både ønsket hytte og ønsket
   periode.

   Avbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager før leieperiodens
   start for å unngå gebyr for avbestilling.


   Man må benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem
   ([1]https://reg.app.uib.no/hytter) ved å logge seg inn med sitt
   UiB-brukernavn og passord. Ved første gangs søknad om hytte må man
   legge inn litt informasjon.

   Søknadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes også på Ansattsidene
   under

   Søknadsfristen er 24.02.22. Vinnerne får tilsendt informasjon på
   e-post.

   Spørsmål vedr hyttene kan rettes til Eiendomsavdelingen via UiB hjelp.

   New application period for the cabins – the spring of 2022

   You can now apply for the desired period at the welfare cabins on
   Ustaoset for the spring season of 2022, in the period April 7 to June
   23.

   There is a separate draw for the students at Ottesheimen for Easter –
   (Thursday-Tuesday/Tuesday-Sunday). The winners of the Easter holiday
   period of 2019-2021 cannot apply in 2022.

   There will be a draw for the Easter holiday (students) February 28, and
   a common draw for the rest of the rental periods March 3.


   When applying for a cabin, one must prioritize both the desired cabin
   and the period.


   Cancellation deadline for allocated cottage is 30 days before the start
   of the rental period to avoid cancellation fee.


   You must use UiB’s electronic cabin system
   ([2]https://reg.app.uib.no/hytter) by logging in with your UiB username
   and password.

   When applying for the first time, you must enter some information.


   All applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system to
   enter the draw.

   The application deadline is February 24. The winners will get
   information by email.
