Søknadsperiode for hyttene på Ustaoset og Tingviken i Utne- våren
   2017.


   Vi beklager at det ikke er gått ut melding på Velferdsmailen om
   muligheten for å søke på hytter våren 2017.  Søknadsperioden er
   forlenget slik at man kan søke på perioden våren 2017 fram tom. 22/2 og
   trekning blir 23/2.


   Man må benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem
   ([1]https://skjema.app.uib.no/hytter) ved å logge seg inn med sitt UiB
   brukernavn og passord. Ved første gangs søknad om hytte må man legge
   inn noe informasjon.  Alle søknader må registreres i det elektroniske
   hyttesystemet for å komme med i trekningen.

   Søknadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes også på  Ansattsidene
   under «Mitt ansattforhold» -«Velferd»- «Velferdshytter til utleie».
   Logg inn med ditt UiB brukernavn og passord fra en UiB-maskin eller via
   [2]VPN-løsning.

   Application period for the cottages at Ustaoset and Tingviken – spring
   2017


   Unfortunately it has not been sent an e-mail earlier regarding the
   possibility to apply for U-heimen, Ottesheimen and Butten at Ustaoset
   and Tingviken at Utne for the spring period. It’s possible to apply
   until 22 February, the drawing will be 23 February.


   Please use the UiB electronic cabin system by logging  in  with your
   registered username and password.
   ([3]https://skjema.app.uib.no/hytter). Upon initial application you
   must enter some information.

   All applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system to
   be included  in the draw.

   Application forms and information can  also be found  at the Employee
   Pages under "Employment conditions" - "Welfare" -  "Cabin hire (NO)" -
   logging  in

   with your registered UiB username and password from an UoB-computer or
   by using the [4]VPN-logon
