Ny søknadsperiode for hyttene på Ustaoset og Tingviken i Utne våren 2019 inkl. påsken. Det er nå åpnet for elektronisk søknad til U-heimen, Ottesheimen og Butten på Ustaoset og Tingviken i Utne for våren 2019, i perioden 31. mars-23. juni 2019. Perioden er inkl. påsken. Det er en felles trekning for alle hyttene. Ved søknad om hytte må man prioritere både ønsket hytte og ønsket periode. Avbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager før leieperiodens start for å unngå gebyr for avbestilling.
Man må benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem (https://skjema.app.uib.no/hytter) ved å logge seg inn med sitt UiB brukernavn og passord. Ved første gangs søknad om hytte må man legge inn noe informasjon. Alle søknader må registreres i det elektroniske hyttesystemet for å komme med i trekningen. Søknadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes også på Ansattsidene under «Mitt ansattforhold» -«Velferd»- «Velferdshytter til utleie». Logg inn med ditt UiB brukernavn og passord fra en UiB-maskin eller via VPN-løsning<https://it.uib.no/Vpn#Bruksanvisninger_for_VPN-oppkobling>. New application period for the cottages at Ustaoset and Tingviken- spring 2019 with easter.
It is now opened to apply for U-heimen, Ottesheimen and Butten at Ustaoset and Tingviken at Utne for the spring period from 31 March until 23. June 2018 and include easter.
Cancellation deadline is 30 days before rental period start to avoid penalty for cancellation Please use the UoB electronic cabin system by logging in with your registered username and password. (https://skjema.app.uib.no/hytter). Upon initial application you must enter some information. All applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system to be included in the draw. Application forms and information can also be found at the Employee Pages under "Employment conditions" - "Welfare" - "Cabin hire (NO)" - logging in with your registered UoB username and password from an UoB-computer or by using the VPN-logon<https://it.uib.no/Vpn#Bruksanvisninger_for_VPN-oppkobling>
The application deadline is 15 February, drawing will be done 18 February 2019.
