Those who have submitted papers to ICLR and are contemplating
   withdrawal and submission to NAACL, please note the following

   anonymity period:

   In order to accommodate unexpected delays affecting the ICLR reviews,
   authors of ICLR submissions now have until November 10 to withdraw
   their papers from ICLR and submit revised versions to NAACL.Â
