Dear Andy,

not exactly a time bank, but here's some recent research on vague time expressions in the German language (including a long list of vague time expressions):

Ulrike May, Karolina Zaczynska, Julián Moreno-Schneider, and Georg Rehm. "Extraction and Normalization of Vague Time Expressions in German". In Proceedings of Konferenz zur Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache (KONVENS 2021), Düsseldorf, Germany, 2021. 6-9 September 2021.

Best regards, Georg
