*Requirements:* Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related area completed before start date; strong track record of research in corpus-driven/statistical approaches to one of the following areas, as evidenced by publications in highly-regarded venues, and excellent technical/collaboration/communication skills:
- *Natural language understanding/computational semantics*
- *Natural language generation*
- *Computational approaches to cross-linguistic variation* (linguistic
typology, multilingualism, or multilingual NLP) with emphasis on syntax or
semantics
Fellowships are a temporary advanced scholarly appointments for one year, with the possibility of renewal. Salary and benefits are competitive.
