You will be joining the School of Computer Science of the University of Manchester. You should have a PhD in Computer Science (or any relevant field) with an emphasis on Natural Language Processing and in particular Social Media Text Mining, knowledge of machine learning, excellent programming skills and a proven track record of publications. Previous experience of working in a multidisciplinary research team would be advantageous.
