[Corpora-List] English learners' summary data

Dear all,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of any learners' summary datasets? I 
am looking for summaries written by English learners (including the 
original articles). It would be good if the summaries come with 
annotations of their quality, but I would greatly appreciate it too if 
you can point me to any learners' summary data.
