We are pleased to announce the 35th International Conference of the Spanish Association of Applied Linguistics (AESLA) to be held in the city of Jaén (Southern Spain), from May 4 to May 7 2017. This conference series includes a thematic panel which deals specifically with corpus linguistics and computational linguistics. The panel represents an ideal forum for debate and for promoting mutual contributions between these two closely interrelated disciplines. Papers reporting research on linguistic engineering are also welcome in this panel.
