There is no law against analyzing an entire article.  But if you
publish something that quotes 80% of the article, you would need
permission.

But if you want to publish examples of how your system analyzes
texts, why would you need to select them all from the same
document?

If you want to show the complete analysis for an entire document,
you could find large volumes of documents that are out of copyright
or have a free-use license.
