If you are looking for lexicons: at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~ark/LexSem/ you can find the resource "English Multiword Expression Lexicons", which were collected from several sources.
A corpus that includes comprehensive MWE annotations in several English genres has been compiled for the DiMSUM shared task at SemEval 2016: https://github.com/dimsum16/dimsum-data
In addition, surveys of MWE resources (in many languages) have been compiled under the auspices of PARSEME: http://typo.uni-konstanz.de/parseme/index.php/2-general/49-publications
