For 2015/16, the Department of Linguistics and English Language at Lancaster University will again offer a number of funded PhD and MA studentships. Linguistics at Lancaster is part of the Economic and Social Research Council (SRC)’s North West Doctoral Training Centre, which allocates fully funded or fees-only studentships and provides extensive research training for doctoral students. For guidelines on how to apply for an ESRC studentship and for the application form, please see http://www.nwdtc.ac.uk/how-to-apply/. The deadline for applications is 2 February 2015 (5pm GMT). Important: You need to have applied for a place with us by then.
