[Corpora-List] Searching the web - What API to Use

Dear Corpora Members,

I was used to use the Google API to search the web (and use the Internet 
as a corpus). Google closed the API and I switched to Yahoo that closed 
the API (is selling it), and I was trying Bing (that limits the query of 
5000 per MONTH, and that is a confusion to configure -- I couldn't do it 
yet).

Is there any other web search engine with a free API to query 
programatically the web?
