Dear Sofia,

The practical way is to use the dumps you mentioned. The dump you will use depends on the information you are interested in. Do you only need the word list or some other information as well? Which language? I am working on a script that converts the French wiktionary to a MySQL database. It should be easy to do the same for other languages.
