We use such dictionaries in LanguageTool (www.languagetool.org):
* For German, there's Morphy, and we have some additions in our project.
* For French, we use Dicollecte Lexique:
* For Italian, there's Morph-it!
* For Spanish, we use a modified version of freeling.
