[Corpora-List] Dictionary data needed for French, German, Spanish and Dutch

Dictionary data needed for French, German, Spanish, 
Dutch 

I am looking for electronically available dictionaries
for the above languages, either public domain or data
that can be licensed. In each case I need the
glossaries to be in the same target language (i.e. the
French words should have their glossaries in French,
etc.).

Can anyone help?
