Hei alle sammen!
I morgen møtes vi kl. 17:45(!) foran Lehmkuhlhallen, tar tau og kortslynger, og drar til Helleneset. Kun for klatrere med Brattkort! Hvis du er interessert i å klatre innendørs istedet, har bare Topptaukort, eller vil ta Brattkortprøve, kan vi gjøre det også, men gi beskjed til matus.kalas at gmail.com snarest!
En NKF-godkjent instruktør fra BSI Friluft vil være der fra ca. kl. 18:15 til 20:00, og vil agere som kontaktperson og svare på spørsmål. Se etter den blå BSI Friluft t-skjorta hvis du trenger en klatrepartner eller bare vil slå av en prat! :-)
Vi har tau tilgjengelig for våre deltakere, kortslynger, og også Ohm <https://www.edelrid.de/en/sports/ohm/ohm.html> (for sikring hvis det er stor forskjell i vekt mellom klatrer og sikrer). Spør instruktøren!

*Orientering rundt Tirsdagsklatring*
Klatring er en risikoaktivitet som du utøver på eget ansvar. Du påtar deg det fulle ansvaret for egen aktivitet i forbindelse med Tirsdagsklatringen. BSI Friluft kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for tap eller skade som inntreffer i forbindelse Tirsdagsklatringen. Ulykkesforsikring som inkluderer klatring må besørges av deg selv. Tirsdagsklatring er et tilbud til klatrere med Brattkort, og vi klatrer i fellesskap.

Hi everyone,
Tomorrow we'll meet at 5.45pm(!) in front of Lehmkuhlhallen, grab the ropes and quickdraws, and head to Helleneset. Only for climbers with Brattkort! If you're interested in indoor climbing instead, climb only on top rope, or would like to take the Brattkort test, we can take care of that as well, but then please send a message to matus.kalas at gmail.com well ahead!
An NKF-approved climbing instructor from BSI Friluft will be present from around 6.15pm to 8pm, available for questions and acting as a contact person for the participants. Look for the blue BSI Friluft T-shirt if you need a climbing buddy or just want to say hi. :-)
We have ropes available for the participants, a set of quickdraws, and also Ohm <https://www.edelrid.de/en/sports/ohm/ohm.html> (for heavy climbers and lightweight belayers). Ask the instructor!
