I am looking for a module or package that can successfully detect the gender of French Nouns (either masculine or feminine) assuming of course that no context or article. Example: nouns refer to male people, nouns refer to female people, words like office, victime.., city like Paris, countries etc.
Also is there a good name entity recognition tool for French with high accuracy?
