I am a master student and my research topic is "English to Arabic Machine Translation". I am looking for an open source bilingual English/Arabic dictionaries and Enlgish/Arabic morphological rules and for building English grammar rules,OR . note: my programming language with visual c++ Kind Regards, Basheer Algargary
