[Corpora-List] HMM Toolkit for SMT

Hi,
   Is there a freely downloadable toolkit available for word-based HMM alignment model training for Statistical Machine Translation. I dont want HTK or GIZA++. I am looking for something that would be a subset of GIZA++. Understanding GIZA++ and extracting its subset is turning out to be very difficult. 
   I would be very grateful if someone can help.
