[Corpora-List] Interlingual Machine Translation Systems

Greetings,

  I need an existing Interlingual MT system that I can
use for an evaluation purpose.  Preferablt, I need a
system that translates from English to another language,
using an "Interlingua" So I can separately analyze the
two phases: interpretation and generation.
I would be grateful if someone could give me some information
on this.
